Paraphrase (PR):Having eliminated all hostile penetration --i.e. all enemies around-- from the three worlds --lit. "having brought (aapaadya) the three (trí) worlds (bhúvanam) to a condition without (a) any hostile (vaira) penetration (vyatikaram)"-- (aapaadya tribhuvanam avairavyatikaram) effortlessly (ayatnaat), the ten-mouthed (demon) --"Raavana", the celebrated hostile to Raamacandra-- (dásha-aasyah) had (abhrita) his (yád) (twenty) arms (baahuun) (still) ruled (paravashaan) by the desire --lit. "itching"-- (kanduu) of fighting (rána). (After that,) oh Destroyer (hara) of the three (trí) cities (pura)!, (Raavana) arranged (racita) the row (shrenii) formed from (his ten) head-lotus (shiráh-padma) as an offering --balí-- (baleh) before (Your) feet (cárana) which are (as beautiful) as a lotus (ambhoruha). (He did so,) because of (his) firm (sthiraayaah) devotion (bhakteh) to You (tvat). This (act of surrender) (idám) occurred all of a sudden (visphuurjitam). (11)

Paraphrase (PR): (Nonetheless,) for that (very demon) (amusya) there was not (alabhyaa... aasiit) a resting-place (pratisthaa) even (ápi) in the lowest hell --or else, "in the lower region"-- (paataale) when (You) idly (alasá) moved (calitaa) the tip --shirás-- (shirasi) of Your --táva-- (tváyi) great toe (anstha) (because he) also (ápi) marched (vikramayatah) against Kailaasa (kailaase), Your (tvat) Abode --adhivasati-- (adhivasatau), (and attempted to seize it) by the power (balaat) of his (innumerable) arms (bhuja) resembling a forest (vánam), whose strength (saaram) had been obtained (samadhigatam) through service (sevaa) of You (tvat). Certainly (dhruvám), the mischievous man (khalah) becomes confused (múhyati) due to opulence (upacitah). (12)
